Who we are

Information you give us
When you fill out a form, start a chat or email us, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company, phone number, the type of project and your message. If you apply for a job or internship, we also receive the résumé and any work samples you send.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, pixeldust.tv records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay and the site that referred you. We use cookies and similar technologies to do this. A cookie is a small file stored by your browser.
Services we use
We rely on these providers to run the site. Each processes information under its own privacy policy.
- HubSpot: our contact forms, live chat and visitor analytics. Information you submit through a form or chat is stored in our HubSpot account.
- Google Analytics: measures how visitors use the site.
- Google Ads: measures whether our ads lead to inquiries, and shows our ads to people who have visited our site (remarketing).
- Aurora Heatmap: records where visitors click and scroll so we can improve page layouts. It does not record what you type.
- Vimeo: plays the videos on our pages. Vimeo may set its own cookies when a video loads.
- Google Fonts, Cloudflare and WP Engine: deliver the site’s fonts and host and protect the website.
How we use your information
- To answer your inquiry, prepare quotes and work with you on projects.

When we share information
We share information only with the service providers listed above, which work on our behalf; with professional advisers when needed; if the law requires it; or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy would still apply to your information.
Selling or sharing personal information
We don’t sell your personal information for money. We do use Google Ads remarketing, which lets Google show our ads to people who have visited pixeldust.tv. Under some US state laws, including California’s, this can count as “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising. You can opt out at any time:
- Email info@pixeldust.tv with the subject “Do not sell or share” and we will process your request.
- Turn off ad personalization in your Google ad settings.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your choices

- You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that email.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and project correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We keep job applications for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept according to each provider’s retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@pixeldust.tv and we’ll respond within 30 days. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.
Visitors in the EU, UK and EEA. We process your information to respond to requests you make (to take steps before entering a contract), for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business and website, and with your consent where required, for example for some cookies. You can also object to or restrict processing, ask for a copy of your data in a portable format, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents. You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising (see “Selling or sharing personal information” above), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. The categories we collect are listed above under “Information you give us” and “Information collected automatically”.
